How a job runs
You send the scope, site address and preferred window. We confirm a named engineer, access requirements and a fixed quote before anything is booked. On the day the engineer checks in with your team, completes the work and checks out on your call or ticket. After the visit you receive a written report with photos, serials and anything that needs a follow-up.

Remote hands usually means simple tasks such as a power cycle or visual check. Smart hands covers skilled work such as configuration, cabling and hardware replacement.
Do engineers bring tools and test equipment?
Yes, standard toolkits and testers. Specialist kit or parts are agreed in the scope.
Can you work to our method statement and change window?
Yes. We follow your MOP, RAMS and change windows, including nights and weekends.
Can engineers meet our site access and security requirements?
Tell us what the site requires, whether that is induction, escorting, identity checks or signed agreements, and we will confirm what we can meet before the visit is booked.
