Rack audits and surveys
Not sure what is in the rack? We carry out rack ID surveys and audits, capturing every device, its U position, serial, power feed and cabling, and delivering a clean rack register you can import into your DCIM or CMDB.

Colocation facilities and enterprise data centres across London and the UK, and internationally through our field network. We work within the facility’s access, induction and escort rules.
How it runs
Send us your rack elevation, cabling schedule and delivery details. We check access and induction requirements, book the engineers and confirm a fixed price. Once the work is complete you receive the handover pack, including photographs and the as-built elevation.

Can you receive the equipment before we arrive?
Yes. We coordinate deliveries with the facility and check goods against your manifest.
Do you supply cables and consumables?
We can, or we use yours. It is agreed in the quote.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Yes, to fit change windows or facility restrictions.
What if hardware is dead on arrival?
We report it immediately with photos and serials and can handle the RMA swap on a follow-up visit.
