If your business is in Glasgow and your phone system is older than your last office move, you have probably been quoted for a replacement and found the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be. This page is the straightforward version.
We provide hosted business phone systems for companies across Glasgow and the west of Scotland, typically between ten and fifty staff. Fifteen pounds per user per month, including the support.

Your 0141 numbers stay yours
This is the question that stops most businesses looking, so it is worth answering first. Your existing 0141 numbers move with you. Moving numbers between providers is a standard process and we handle the paperwork. Customers who have rung the same number for fifteen years carry on ringing it, and nothing on your website, your van or your letterhead needs changing.
If you have grown into a second site, out at Hillington or Eurocentral, or across the river in Govan, extensions work across both as though everyone were in one building.
What it costs
Fifteen pounds per user per month. That includes the system itself, the hosting, the monitoring and backups behind it, and the support when you need it. For a team of fifteen people that is a predictable monthly figure you can put in a budget, with no separate charges for the things that ought to be included.
We will give you the price on the first call. There is no discovery process to sit through before anyone will tell you a number.
Do we need to be in Glasgow to support you?
No, and this is worth being honest about. The system is hosted, so almost everything is done remotely and quickly, whether that is adding a user, changing where calls ring after six o’clock, or fixing something that has stopped working. Most issues are resolved while you are still on the phone.
When something genuinely needs a person on site, we put an engineer there. We run field engineering across the UK as our main business, so Glasgow is not an outpost for us. We cover Scotland as part of our national field engineering work, so Glasgow visits are routine rather than an exception.
What your staff get
Everyone gets an extension that works on a desk phone, a laptop and a mobile, so someone working from home on Friday is on the same system as the person at reception. Calls transfer between them properly. Voicemail arrives by email. You can see who is on a call and pick one up if a colleague is away from their desk.
If you already have a system
Plenty of businesses in Glasgow are not starting from nothing. They have a system that mostly works, installed by someone who has since stopped answering the phone. We take those on. You do not have to replace equipment that is doing its job, and we will say so if that is the honest answer.
Common questions
We are a fifteen-person business. Are we too small?
No. Ten to fifty staff is the size we work with most.
Do we need new handsets?
Often not. Most business handsets from the last several years will work. We will check what you have before quoting for anything new.
How quickly can an engineer get to us if we need one?
For Glasgow, Paisley and the surrounding area we normally arrange a visit within one working day. Most issues are resolved remotely first.
What happens when we call for help?
You speak to an engineer who can make the change, not a call handler who logs it for somebody else. That is the part most people tell us was missing before.
