- Respect at work. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying or victimisation of any kind, whether by our own people, customers or suppliers.

Raising a concern
If you believe you have been treated unfairly, or you have seen behaviour that goes against this policy, please contact us at hello@simplifynetworks.co.uk. Concerns will be taken seriously, dealt with promptly and handled confidentially. Nobody will be treated less favourably for raising a concern in good faith.
Responsibility and review
The directors of Simplify Networks Ltd are responsible for this policy. Everyone who works for or with us is expected to follow it. We review the policy at least once a year.
