Moving numbers between providers is a standard process and we handle the paperwork. Customers who have rung the same number for fifteen years carry on ringing it, and nothing on your website, your van or your letterhead needs changing.

What it costs
From £13.49 per user per month. That includes the system itself, the hosting, the monitoring and backups behind it, and the support when you need it. For a team of fifteen people that is a predictable monthly figure you can put in a budget, with no separate charges for the things that ought to be included.
We will give you the price on the first call. There is no discovery process to sit through before anyone will tell you a number.
Support when you need it
Most of the time you will not need us to. The system is hosted, so adding a user, changing where calls ring after six o’clock, or fixing something that has stopped working is done remotely and usually while you are still on the phone.
But when you do want someone in the room, we can arrange an engineer visit, whether that is to look at what you already have before we quote, to be on site the morning you switch over, or to sort something out face to face afterwards. Field engineering across the UK is our main business, so these are our own engineers rather than a subcontractor you have never met.
What your staff get
Everyone gets an extension that works on a desk phone, a laptop and a mobile, so someone working from home on Friday is on the same system as the person at reception. Calls transfer between them properly. Voicemail arrives by email. You can see who is on a call and pick one up if a colleague is away from their desk.
If you already have a system
Plenty of businesses in Leicester are not starting from nothing. They have a system that mostly works, installed by someone who has since stopped answering the phone. We take those on. You do not have to replace equipment that is doing its job, and we will say so if that is the honest answer.
