If you are searching for 3CX support, it is usually because something has gone wrong and the person who set the system up is no longer around to fix it. That is the situation we deal with most, and this page is written for it.
We support 3CX phone systems for businesses across the UK, whether we installed them or somebody else did. Hosted or on your own server, any recent version, with or without a support contract from whoever sold it to you.

What we support
Everything a 3CX system touches. Call routing and ring groups that have stopped doing what they should. Handsets that will not provision. SIP trunks that register and then drop. The mobile and desktop apps not connecting when people work from home. Voicemail to email that has quietly stopped arriving. Licence renewals, version upgrades and the security updates 3CX pushes out that nobody has applied. And the plain question of why calls sound bad on a Tuesday afternoon.
We also take over systems that were installed by a company that has since disappeared, and we will tell you honestly whether what you have is worth keeping.
How support actually works
You ring or email and you get an engineer who knows 3CX, not a call handler who logs a ticket for someone else. Most problems are fixed remotely while you are still on the line, because most 3CX faults are configuration rather than hardware.
When something needs a person in the building, we have our own field engineers across England, Scotland and Wales. So if a handset needs swapping, a network switch is at fault, or you are moving office and the whole system needs to come with you, someone turns up. That is the part most remote-only 3CX support companies cannot offer.
If you want us to host it as well
A lot of businesses come to us for support and then ask whether we can host the system too, so it stops living on a server in a cupboard. We can. Hosted 3CX means we run it, monitor it, back it up and keep it patched, and you get the same engineers for support. Moving an existing system across is something we do regularly and it does not mean losing your numbers or your configuration.
What it costs
Ongoing support is a monthly figure based on how many users you have. One-off help, for a specific fault or a migration, is quoted as a fixed job. Either way we will give you the number on the first call rather than after a discovery process.
Common questions
We did not buy 3CX from you. Can you still support it?
Yes. Most of the systems we support were installed by someone else.
Our system is quite old. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Older versions can be supported, and if an upgrade is the right answer we will say so and quote it, rather than telling you the whole thing needs replacing.
How fast do you respond?
Remote support is same day and usually within the hour for anything that is stopping calls. Site visits are normally arranged within one working day.
Do you cover our area?
We work across the whole of the UK, with engineers based around the country, and in Nottingham specifically we are local and can be with you quickly.
Can you also help with call centre features?
Yes. Queues, wallboards, call recording and reporting are covered on our 3CX call centre page, and we set up and support those as part of the same service.
